Mericco Spa was founded in 1951 in Cusago, near Milan , by Giovanni Mericco. It is a well-established company now managed with dedication and seriousness by the third generation of the family.
It started its business as a local company, producing fresh and seasoned products. Then it evolved and specialized in fresh products while targeting a new Customer market segment.

High Quality Italian Pork is the traditional starting point of our processes.
The careful selection of raw materials of national origin, coming from heavy pigs together with the know-how that the Company has acquired over time and the in-depth knowledge of the reference sector are the main characteristics that determine the high quality of the finished product.
The best pork of national origin and advanced technologies allow us to offer final consumers the best of fresh and processed meat sausages.
The production includes different types of finished products: Fresh sausages, Gastronomic products, Loose and Portioned meat.

Just think of the CSQA Certificate obtained in 2002, which recognized Mericco SpA sausage as the first fresh pork sausage with supply chain certification, demonstrating the attention and commitment that has always distinguished the company in this field.
